Look at this cool guy that flew over my backyard yesterday. He is gorgeous ~ although I'm not real sure what he is. I say he b/c he looks manly! :-) I LOVE my camera b/c I just zoomed right in on him & I was standing on the deck at the backdoor, and he was at the back of my yard high in a tree. Zoom is great!

At the risked of bird geeking myself out... I'm going to say that's the Red-tailed Hawk.
Some people around here call them Chickenhawks... but that really refers to 3 different types of hawks.

I always call hawks "He" too, they just arent very feminine birds HAHAH!
