The last Friday of every month is Scrappin' night, & it is sacred to us gals! Some people like to make fun of us for getting together to scrapbook, but it's about more than scrappin'!! We've been doing this for years & it is a definate girls night!! We solve many a problem, get away from all the stresses of life, eat great food, girl talk, laugh, celebrate each others ups & sympathize with each others downs. Some of us only get a chance to catch up with each other on this girls night b/c we all know how busy life can get! So ~ it's definately about more than scrapbooking, but yes, we also manage to get that done too! :-)
I must say that this Friday was one of our best food nights in a long time! YUM!! We had awesome wraps from Peggy & Sandy. L threw together a great mexican chicken dish & Laura S. whipped up a key lime pie. Carrie's dip is always good ~ only she can make it right! ha! And, I made a butter pecan brownie that I haven't made in ages. Donna - you really missed out, but I'm sure you had just as much fun at Bikers, Blues and BBQ!!!
