Prayers needed...
I firmly believe in the power of prayer and right now I have a student who needs them. She has been abused by her mom (I can't go into much detail), but today her mom told her that she didn't love her anymore and didn't want her. She told her she wouldn't pick her up from school, and she would probably have to go live in foster care. PLEASE pray for this student that she safe tonight. PLEASE!

Oh my. Lori, I hope this has been reported. How sad for this little girl. She is in my prayers.
That breaks my heart and brings tears to my eyes. I will pray for her sweetie. Please let us know how she is. -Amy
What a horrible thing to say to a child...I sure hope everything workd out okay and I will keep this child in my prayers.
Wow....that's just wrong on so many levels! Poor child - many thoughts and prayers for her today and in the coming weeks.
